Full job description
Maintain and repair the floor machine when issues arise (Training will be provided) and is the main point of contact for the crew and the terminal for floor cleaning services.
You will also Manage the grout repair subcontractor.
A janitor performs general cleaning of interior common areas and exterior grounds, as well as special assignments. Other essential functions are as follows:
- Uses cleaning chemicals safely and properly
- Informs supervisors and Management of any issues concerning residents
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- Pass a drug test and background check
- Some Experience in Managing and Supervising people
- Have a work permit
- Valid Drivers License
