This project was performed to remediate the site for the building of a new Chicago Public School. McDonagh abated and demolished two masonry structures totaling 3,172,500 cubic feet and then performed site preparation.
The scope of this project included:

- Asbestos Removal and Demolition of a 285,000 CF Masonry Factory Building
- Abatement and Removal of Three Underground Storage Tanks.
- Removal of Contaminated Soils
