This project was performed for the Chicago Department of Environment to clean up the site for
turnover to the Salvation Army for a community center. McDonagh performed site clearing,
dewatering and UST tank removal .The scope of this project included:
- Removal of Two 50,000 Gallon UST Tanks
- Filtration of Contaminated Water
- Installation of Haul Route
- Dewatering
- Backfill with Clean Fill
- Compaction of Clean Fill
- Grading of Site
- Tree & Grub Removal
- Construction Fencing with Wind Screening
