Project – Albany Park Library Demolition & Side Work of 19,300 Square Feet
Overview – This project was performed for the Public Building Commission in order to make room for a new Public Library.

The scope of this project included: temporary fencing; demolition/abatement of the old 1 story brick library and a 2 story brick apartment building with both foundations; removal of asphalt parking lot, fencing, light poles, bollards, hardscape, landscape and vegetation; utility disconnection; erosion control and settlement monitoring; recycling of C&D materials; and excavation and site prep for the new building.
