McDonagh Demolition Inc. incorporated in 1998, with Geraldine McDonagh running all day to day operations in the office and one operator with machine in the field. With hard work and determination, McDonagh has grown to be one of the largest demolition companies in the Chicago area. We own and operate our own equipment fleet including the latest model loaders, excavators, hydraulic breakers, trucks, dumps, trailers, skid steers, compactors, compressors, and hand tools specific to complete any demolition project. McDonagh is a qualified Class A demolition contractor in the City of Chicago. We are pre-qualified to perform work at a multitude of entities in and around the Chicago area; including O’Hare International Airport.
In addition to being a successful demolition contractor we have been able to expand to become a thriving Class A General Contractor. McDonagh Demolition is a self performing General Contractor that self-performs demolition, interior demolition, excavation, grading, concrete installation, underground, utility installation, sewer and water, site work, water management, contaminated soil removal, hazardous waste removal, oil and fuel tank removals.
